THE DANCO MODERN STORY
In July of 2008 I bought "Danish Inspirations" and renamed the company "Danco Modern". "Danco" honors the company's original
name and early origins, while "Modern" symbolizes a new beginning to an already remarkable story. I started my job in October of
1972 performing contemporary furniture assembly and delivery. I fell in love with our products' Scandinavian design, the beauty of
solid wood furniture and teak furniture, the luscious feel of leather furniture, and the variety of comfortable recliners. Over the
years my admiration increased as I saw exciting modern Italian furniture, modern office furniture, and Ekornes Stressless
recliners brought to the Northampton Ma area in the Pioneer Valley - exclusively through us.
I am fortunate indeed to have dedicated employees who share my passion. Their experience now averages some 20 years each
and is such a great benefit for customers. Our suppliers and Danco Modern have a very special partnership, enabling us to
